Multi-Axis Integrated Stone Cutting Machine Solution

Multi-Axis Integrated Stone Cutting Machine system is a fully automated solution for stone cutting industry developed by Wecon, which is based on the issues in the stone cutting industry such as small and medium-sized manufacturers with low manual cutting efficiency and high labor costs.

Control system 

The solution for the stone multi-axis integrated machine industry is based on the design of Wecon ie series HMI, LX5V series PLC and VD2 servo drive system. It is a four-axis system with X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis and A-axis adopting a servo drive system,  and built-in high-speed positioning, interpolation algorithm, and automatically complete functions such as segmentation, special-shaped cutting, and profile modelling, cutting, ETC .

Various graphics such as standard slate-slab, rectangles, arbitrary straight lines, parallelograms and grids and profile modeling, cutting, ETC.

1.Standard slate-slab slicing

Standard slate-slab slicing is currently the most commonly used function, which is mainly to cut the board into pieces according to the set size and quantity.

2.Chamfer

Chamfering means that the knife is inclined at 45°, and a 45° bevel is cut out. It is mainly used at the 90° joint of the stone slab, which can achieve a seamless effect. The chamfer is divided into one-way chamfer and forward and reverse chamfer, which can achieve continuous pattern effect.

3.Special graphics processing

The sector is mainly used for splicing and forming a whole beautiful circle.

4.Profile modeling cutting 

Profile modeling cutting is divided into straight line imitation and arc imitation, which is made by manually editing combined graphics.
