Introduction

01 Configuration

Wecon intelligent home textile quilt cover machine bus control solution adopts a full range of Wecon self-developed products, covering IoT HMI, EtherCAT bus PLC, multi-axis EtherCAT bus servo system, IO module and industrial switch, realizing collaborative control and intelligent management of multiple processes, and improving production efficiency and control accuracy.

02 Process flow

This solution integrates the fully automatic sewing process of quilt cover from raw fabric to finished product. The main process is divided into the following three stages.

1. Front-end process

Feeding the upper layer cloth and the lower layer cloth respectively → trimming the fabric → overlock sewing → sewing the zipper → opening sewing for quilt cover → combining and sewing the upper and lower layers of cloth;

2. Mid-end process

Fabric storage → drawing and cutting (including hole detection and cutting avoidance) → Discharging;

3. Back-end process

Double-sided vertical seam → automatic labeling → sewing corner reinforcement tapes.
