Application of Fully Automatic Dehydrators Using Wecon VC Inverter

1.Industrial Description 

The fully automatic garlic dehydrator is a crucial component of the garlic drying machine. It is a professional piece of equipment used for rapid dehydration to extend shelf life and preserve the nutritional value and flavor of garlic. It is widely used in agricultural processing, food industry, and medicinal herb business. In this case, the VC is applied to the garlic drying machine production line.

2.Progress Principle:

The equipment includes a garlic clove separating machine, a peeling machine, a slicing machine, washing equipment, a feeding machine, a fully automatic dehydrator, and a drying oven.

The fully automatic dehydrator process involves: delayed feeding at a specific frequency and after a feeding delay, the door is closed; after a delayed collection, high-speed delayed dehydration is performed; then, the garlic is discharged at a certain speed and with a discharge delay. After discharge, the garlic slices are dried in a dryer and then undergo further processing.
