Thank you for your continued trust and support of V-net platform. To deliver an enhanced service experience, we are launching the upgraded V-net V2.0 Platform, featuring significant improvements in performance, functionality, and stability.

Important Note:

1. Platform Upgradation:
The current EU V-net 1.0 platform (eu.v-box.net) will suspend login access starting at 0:00 on December 10, 2025 (GMT+8) to begin server upgrade work.

2. The Upgradation Process ：

Time: (Dec. 10th, 2025 – Dec. 13th, 2025) 

The upgrade is expected to take approximately 48 hours to complete, with a maximum duration of 96 hours. After the upgradation is completed, you can use the same domain name or new version software/APP to access the new platform and begin a brand-new IoT experience.

3. Notes:

Once the upgradation is complete, if your devices offline. Please manually reboot the devices under your account to bring them back online.

Since some data such as alarm records and historical records cannot be synchronized to the 2.0 platform, please use the platform's export function to back up the relevant data before the upgrade begins.
